They’re not filming way ahead, not any more anyway. About a week or so, I’d say. Lee Kyung-Hee’s not known to hand out 쪽대본, the so-called page scripts, so that’s a huge plus. But I’m not sure exactly where they are with the scripts. They’ve gone underground with the staff cafe (ie. turned it private) at the end of August, and the staff cafe updates is usually how fans keep track of the scripts. (We can’t read the scripts—you need an insider for that—but we can tell when they come out.) MCW’s management said recently they’re up to ep. 9 with the scripts, but that sounded odd to me because Park Si-Yeon said at the end of August they had the scripts for eps. 7-8. Now it doesn’t take a month to produce one ep. script, not at this stage & not with someone like LKH, unless there were some substantial revisions they had to make, nearly re-writes, and I don’t think that’s the case because I’ve seen no indication whatsoever they changed course. So my guess is that PSY was referring to first drafts and MCW’s management to final versions, which make some sense. And if they’re up to ep. 9 for the final versions, they’re probably further ahead with the first drafts (hopefully up to eps. 11-12).
Eun-Gi’s amnesia is their best-kept secret (not a hint whatsoever how it comes about), but I’d say Maru causing it is of (very) low probability. He’s already got enough on his plate when it comes to guilt issues towards Eun-Gi, I don’t see them piling on it.
