Someone saw the long preview for episode 14 on cable? satellite? (one of those perks available only to subscribers) and put up a recap on DC. Not having seen the preview yet, I’m only going by what she wrote in the recap, so apologies if it’s unclear.
Whatever Jae-Hee said to Eun-Gi in episode 13 must have been very traumatic, because she’s suffering from what’s described as ‘retrograde amnesia’ in episode 14. The person who watched the preview says it appears to be temporary and a reaction that signals EG’s due to recover her full memory soon. I’m not sure if all of that (how EG’s condition’s described, prediction she’s about to remember everything, etc.) is something that’s in the episode (eg. a medical diagnosis), but that’s what she says anyway in her recap. She says that EG keeps rejecting Maru at the hospital, genuinely not recognizing who he is, shouting ‘who are you?!’, so Maru’s forced to follow her from afar. When she returns home, she looks at pictures of her and Maru (probably those they took in Japan), shouts ‘lies lies lies!!!’, throws them away, gets hysterical and throws everything around in the room, and collapses again, ending with (if I understood the recapper correctly) Maru holding her in his arms.
And I’m guessing this takes place BEFORE the hospital scene etc. but recapper says when Eun-Gi “first” collapsed (probably referring to what we saw at the end of the preview for episode 13), Maru screams at Jae-Hee to get the hell out, disappear from his sight, when she calls his name.
Lawyer Ahn realizes the extent of Eun-Gi’s condition and wants her declared incompetent. When Jae-Hee gets this phone call from Ahn, recapper says she appears to have ‘pangs of regrets’ about what’s happened to Eun-Gi. Later in the same episode, Jae-Hee begs for forgiveness, on her knees, about the ‘spy incident’ (guessing she framed him as an industrial spy in episode 13), and that’s when Maru says she makes him so sick, he’s going to throw up, shocking the hell out of Jae-Hee.
